Self-Referrals Prohibited: Affiliates are prohibited from signing up through their own affiliate links.
Abuse and Misleading Practices: Engaging in activities such as gaming or attempting to mislead, such as posting fake discounts on coupon-sharing sites, will result in permanent account suspension.
Credit Discretion: The website and its owner retain the discretion to credit an affiliate even if the customer did not directly sign up through an affiliate link or coupon code, subject to their evaluation.
Advertising Restrictions: Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in paid advertisements, especially on branded terms or domain names, Facebook ads, or any other ads that might compete with the website’s marketing efforts and confuse potential customers.
Impersonation Prohibited: Affiliates are prohibited from pretending to act on behalf of the website or its owner, such as impersonating an employee.
Right to Terminate: The website and its owner reserve the unilateral right to terminate the affiliate relationship at any time, without prior notice or explanation.
Full Control: Additionally, the website and its owner retain full control over the affiliate program, including but not limited to modifying the terms, adjusting commission rates, and implementing new policies or procedures as deemed necessary.
Tax Responsibility: As an affiliate, you are responsible for any taxes associated with your earnings from the affiliate program. It is your obligation to comply with all applicable tax laws and regulations.
